Product Description
Bursting Strength Tester Double Head is an advanced version of the standard bursting strength tester, designed to simultaneously test two samples of material, such as paper, cardboard, or flexible packaging, at the same time. This model is ideal for high-volume testing environments where efficiency and throughput are critical. It is commonly used in industries like packaging, paper manufacturing, and quality control labs to measure the resistance of materials to bursting pressure, which is essential for ensuring packaging durability and product protection during shipping and handling.
Double Head design allows for testing two samples in parallel, reducing the time required for multiple tests. Each sample is placed between rubber diaphragms, and the tester applies hydraulic pressure until the material bursts. The maximum pressure at the point of rupture is recorded, providing a measure of the material’s bursting strength. Results are typically displayed in pounds per square inch (psi) or kilopascals (kPa).
This dual-head configuration increases efficiency and throughput, making it particularly beneficial for large-scale operations or quality control departments that need to test a high volume of materials in a short time. The Bursting Strength Tester Double Head ensures reliable, accurate results, helping manufacturers assess the durability and quality of packaging materials to prevent damage during transport and improve product safety.
